My experience as a traveler, Airbnb host, and web designer is the foundation of the work I do for my clients today.
Travel, tourism, and this part of the world have always fascinated me. That’s why I studied Leisure Management, where I learned a lot about marketing. Although I went on to work in financial administration for many years, the desire to do something with travel and tourism never went away.
Over the years, I spent time living and working in Latin America and the Caribbean. I also rented out my own apartment on Airbnb. A few years ago, my desire for more freedom and the ability to work from anywhere grew stronger. I learned how to build websites and moved to Panama for six months to work at a hostel. There, I gained hands-on experience with booking platforms, guest experience, and reviews.
Working at the hostel and building websites made me more aware of how guests view a property online. When I moved to Curaçao, I noticed how many beautiful vacation rentals weren’t presenting themselves as well as they could. Often, it’s not the property itself that makes the difference, but how it’s presented.
Today, I help business owners and vacation rental owners with websites that build trust and properties that stand out and attract more potential guests.
